Dal 21 al 24 aprile gli studenti e le studentesse UNIBO del programma Erasmus+ FOEBE+ hanno preso parte all’edizione 2026 della Bioeconomy Challenge Week.

Dal 21 al 24 aprile gli studenti e le studentesse UNIBO di FOEBE+ (FOstering Entrepreneurship for a sustainable and innovative BioEconomy) hanno partecipato alla Challenge Week, un’occasione per sviluppare i loro progetti imprenditoriali basati sulla bioeconomia.

Durante queste giornate, gli studenti hanno avuto l’opportunità di mettere in pratica quanto appreso nei mesi precedenti nei diversi moduli didattici, dalla gestione aziendale e finanza, all’imprenditorialità sostenibile, alla digitalizzazione e al marketing.

La settimana si è aperta con l’interessante workshop “Food Product Design Principles: Introduction to Design Thinking”, tenuto dalla Prof.ssa Malgorzata Krzywonos (Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, Polonia).

Per trovare ispirazione per i loro progetti è stata organizzata una visita didattica a Macfrut, la fiera internazionale dedicata al settore ortofrutticolo.

Nell’ultima settimana di maggio, il progetto vincitore della sfida locale si confronterà con le idee più brillanti provenienti da AgroParisTech, University of Hohenheim, Wageningen University, University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences di Vienna, University of Eastern Finland e Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

From the 21st to the 24th of April the UNIBO students of FOEBE+ (FOstering Entrepreneurship for a sustainable and innovative BioEconomy) went through the Challenge Week, an occasion for developing their entrepreneurial projects based on bioeconomy. In these days the students had the opportunity to put in practice what they have learnt across the teaching modules in the past months, from business management and finance, to sustainable entrepreneurship, digitalisation and marketing.

The week was kicked-off by the insightful workshop on “Food Product Design Principles: Introduction to Design Thinking” held by Prof. Malgorzata Krzywonos (Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, Poland).

To find inspiration for their projects it was organised a teaching visit to Macfrut, the international trade exhibition dedicated to the fruit and vegetable sector. In the last week of May the winning project from the local challenge will compete with the most brilliant ideas from AgroParisTech, University of Hohenheim, Wageningen University, University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences of Vienna, University of Eastern Finland, and Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
