In view of the upcoming holidays, please note that access and services will be regulated as follows:
Bologna DISTAL site
The Agraria Complex on Viale Fanin will observe reduced opening hours during the Christmas holidays, as specified below:
- 24/12/2024 from 07:00 to 14:00
- 31/12/2024 from 07:00 to 14:00
- Total closure on public holidays
On all other days, the complex will be open from 07:00 to 20:00 (usual hours).
The Library (and all related services) will be closed to the public from 21/12/2024 to 06/01/2025, inclusive.
The reception at number 46 will be staffed as usual.
The mail point and related services (e.g., package/mail reception) will not be available from 21/12/2024 to 13/01/2025, inclusive.
Additionally, from 24/12/2024 to 06/01/2025, the emergency response team will not be available. In case of emergency, staff present in the facility should contact external emergency services at the Emergency Number 112.
Any reports of faults or malfunctions in the facility should be sent to: ates.fanin@unibo.it.
Cadriano DISTAL site
There will be no changes to the usual opening hours (Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 20:00; Saturday from 06:00 to 14:00). However, please note that from 23/12/2024 to 06/01/2025, the emergency team will not be available, and the facility should be considered unstaffed. In case of emergency, staff present in the building should contact external emergency services.
Imola DISTAL site
During the suspension of academic activities, cleaning services will not be regular.
From 23/12/2024 to 06/01/2025, inclusive, the emergency team will not be available, and the complex should be considered unstaffed. In case of emergency, staff present in the facility should contact external emergency services.
Cesena DISTAL site
The Campus of Food Sciences will remain closed to the public from 23/12/2024 to 06/01/2025. On 20/12/2024, the campus will close at 13:00.
As usual, for security reasons, collaborators may be granted access to the campus for urgent matters, with a valid request.
During the closure, the guardian will not be on duty. Therefore, all staff are advised not to leave doors or windows open in offices, laboratories, services, or corridors.
Permanent staff should ensure the alarm system is activated after confirming they are the last person to leave.
Note: Use the board at the entrance of the villa and laboratories to mark or erase your presence.
The emergency team will not be present from 23/12/2024 to 06/01/2025. In case of emergency, please refer to the previously mentioned emergency contact numbers.
Cleaning services will be suspended from 23/12/2024 to 06/01/2025, so please do not leave organic material in the facility. Heating will remain on.
Ozzano DISTAL site
The facility will be closed to the public from 23/12/2024 to 06/01/2025. During this period, faculty and technical staff will have access, while PhD students and other students must be pre-authorized, and the presence of permanent staff must be ensured.
The emergency team will not be available from 23/12/2024 to 06/01/2025. In case of emergency, please refer to the previously mentioned emergency contact numbers.
Cleaning services will be suspended from 23/12/2024 to 06/01/2025, while heating will be maintained.
Finally, in case of an injury at any of the above locations, please immediately notify the Administrative and Managerial Officer at (distal.amm.dipartimento.respammgest@unibo.it) and copy the Director at (giovanni.dinelli@unibo.it).
