The Delegate for International Relations, Chiara Cevoli, and Alessandra Castellini recently traveled to China as guests of Xinjiang Agricultural University to participate in an international conference on agriculture and deliver a series of academic seminars. The initiative represented a valuable opportunity to present the scientific and educational activities of our Department and to strengthen existing collaborations. The partnership with Xinjiang Agricultural University has a long-standing history: it has been active since 2001, thanks to the pioneering work of Maurizio Canavari, who promoted the first agreement between the two institutions. This visit confirms DISTAL’s ongoing commitment to fostering high-level international relations.
