Giunta

The Giunta Committee is the governing body of the Department that assists the Head of the Department and has decision-making powers on matters delegated to it by the Department Council.

The Giunta Committee handles the matters assigned to it by the Department Council.

The Giunta Committee assists the Head of the Department and exercises decision-making powers on matters delegated by the Department Council.

The Giunta Committee may exercise decision-making powers, if delegated, exclusively on the following matters:

approval of executive actions necessary for the implementation of the general criteria for the use of resources;
approval of authorization to apply for and accept research project funding;
contracts and agreements, within the limits and in accordance with current regulations.

The Giunta Committee consists of the Director, the Deputy Director, the Head of the Organizational Unit of the Cesena branch (UOS), the Officer Responsible for the Administrative Management , and representatives of the various categories of staff.
