The service handles the administrative tasks related to the movable property owned by the Department, particularly:

Administrative and accounting management of the Department’s movable assets and equipment

Inventory of movable assets

Receipt and discharge of movable assets

Inventory write-off of obsolete/unusable assets

Inventory: report of stolen inventory items

Inventory: transfer of assets to another University structure

Inventory review

Collection and registration of delivery receipts.
Requests for material discharge can be sent to the dedicated email address distal.inventario@unibo.it during the following periods:
from December 1st to March 31st of each year;
from July 1st to September 15th of each year.
