Inventoried goods

The service handles the administrative tasks related to the movable property owned by the Department, particularly:

  • Administrative and accounting management of the Department’s movable assets and equipment

  • Inventory of movable assets

  • Receipt and discharge of movable assets

  • Inventory write-off of obsolete/unusable assets

  • Inventory: report of stolen inventory items

  • Inventory: transfer of assets to another University structure

  • Inventory review

  • Collection and registration of delivery receipts.

Requests for material discharge can be sent to the dedicated email address distal.inventario@unibo.it during the following periods:

from December 1st to March 31st of each year;

from July 1st to September 15th of each year.
