The blended Intensive program SHIFT-Strategic Synergies in Agro-Food: A Holistic Journey Through Innovation, Sustainability, and Entrepreneurship started online Friday 7th March with the participation of 11 students enrolled at the Master Degree Course in Food Science and Technology of the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences. During the course, 6 lessons on line and 1 week in presence in Porto at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Portugal discussing topics related to Food Sustainability, Food Processing, AI and Food Science, Alternative Meat and Dairy Products. In addition to DISTAL students, other students from Zagreb, Bucarest, and Porto Universities attend the Course. The kick-off session was a great opportunity to get to know each other, understand the course structure, and begin this exciting journey together.
