Goods and services purchasing

This service carries out the following activities:

- Supporting the planning and management of purchases and the aggregation of common requirements of the managers of the other service chains, professors, researchers and fellows

- Planning and definition of long-term purchase contracts

- Management of the purchasing process (order forms for purchases), collection and registration of delivery vouchers

- Drafting reports on expenditure documents (for the Court of Audit, MEF etc.).
