Work Schedule and Meal Voucher Management Services

The service includes:
· Coordination and recording of the attendance and absences of technical and administrative staff, focusing on aspects related to work schedule management (e.g., hourly permits, vacations, compensatory rests, changes in work schedule structure, management of additional working hours, etc.)
· Support for defining interventions and guidelines regarding work schedule and service for technical and administrative staff
· Management of the procurement and distribution of meal vouchers for permanent and temporary technical and administrative staff.
Main activities
· Recording the attendance and absences of the TA staff
· Managing work schedules, vacations, hourly permits, and compensatory rests
· Managing procedures for granting study leave permits (150 hours)
· Managing additional working hours
· Providing support for defining intervention guidelines regarding work schedule and service
· Coordinating with the Economic Treatment Sector for legal and economic implications related to specific types of absences
· Coordinating with the Systems and IT Services Area for the management, implementation, and updating of information systems for work schedule management
· Collaborating with the University Legal Services Unit, providing support for the investigation of disputes related to the office's activities
· Accounting for the delivered meal vouchers and communicating the count to the Economic Treatment Sector for tax calculation purposes
· Monitoring changes in work schedules and modifications in employment contracts due to leaves or permits to adjust or correct previously assigned meal vouchers
· Conducting analytical counts of delivered meal vouchers and returned vouchers to determine meal vouchers in credit or debit in cases of terminations, maternity, leaves, or contractual changes affecting the right to meal vouchers
· Performing front-office activities in collaboration with ARAG and CESIA.

ADDITIONAL WORKING HOURS
Additional working hours are hours that exceed the ordinary work schedule of permanent and temporary technical and administrative staff. They must always be formally authorized.

RISK ALLOWANCE
The risk allowance is granted to teachers and researchers who perform work activities that involve continuous and direct exposure to risks that jeopardize personal health and safety: work activities that involve direct and continuous exposure to ionizing radiation, work activities that involve handling or continuous and direct exposure to highly toxic chemicals.
Except for periods of absence due to illness, work injury, or occupational disease related to service causes, the risk allowance is not paid during any days of absence.

OFF-SITE SERVICE
Every technical and administrative employee must, as a general rule, perform their work activity at the assigned workplace (service location) and must clock in, clock out, and record lunch breaks using the appropriate time clocks installed at the site or the specific 'PresenzeWeb' function for those authorized.
Any departure from the service location must be recorded using the personal badge.

EARLY ENTRY
The employee must fill out the early entry form for seasonal or occasional early entries when, due to service requirements related to experiments, they need to start work before their scheduled time beyond the half-hour flexibility.
