Research groups coordinated by Giorgio Prosdocimi Gianquinto, Tullia Gallina Toschi, Santina Romani are involved in the project and in the presentations.


Foodland is at its second year! Most of the surveys and experiments to assess attitude to innovation by farmers and consumers have been run, and the first results will be illustrated. The project involves 6 African countries and 14 Food Hubs.
